Today, no
one can imagine his or her life without a phone. If we have to separate from
it, it would be really painful for all of us. At this moment, you will become
panic as all of your contact numbers may be stored in the phone. You may easily
access to all the social media websites. Don’t worry! There are lots of
apps available that can help you find your lost phone. But the only perquisite is
to install the right app. Ensure yourself that you have done preparations before
losing the handset. Here, we bring to you some tips that will help you find the
phone that you’ve lost.
For Android Phone
Users, here are the preparation tips:-
- Go to Google Play Store -> Conduct search for ‘Find my device’ App from Google and Then download
- Thereafter, open this application and sign in your Google account
In case, you lose
your phone, Just follow these steps:-
- From browser, open this URL https://myaccount.google.com/find-your-phone
- Then, choose missing device from your phone list
- On a map, just click on ‘Locate’ to spot your device.
- Here, you can also select lock the device, suspicious sign-ins, remotely erase the handset or contact the carrier.
Word of caution:
Firstly, you should report the police for stolen phone.
Also, don’t try to track it of your own as you may keep yourself in danger.
